As our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that LoadingDock.ca or substantially all of its assets are acquired by another company, information on our visitors would be among the transferred assets.
You are solely responsible for (a) obtaining sufficient rights to the content of all data and files stored by You on LoadingDock's servers and (b) ensuring that such content does not include any of the items prohibited herein. LoadingDock does not review, inspect, edit or monitor any content, data or files stored by You or any other user of the Service, including, without limitation, for viruses, worms, Trojan Horses or any other similar contaminating or destructive features. LoadingDock reserves the right to refuse, remove or disable access to any data or files stored on LoadingDock servers that LoadingDock learns may be illegal, may violate the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use, may violate the rights of any third party or otherwise may be reasonably objectionable. Furthermore, LoadingDock reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the LoadingDock Service or Web Site, including but not limited to, unauthorized access to the LoadingDock Service or Web Site through a third party application, robot, spider, automated devise, or other unauthorized means, interference with the LoadingDock Service, action that imposes an unreasonable load on the LoadingDock Service, or link to any page of the web site other than the home page. LoadingDock's decision not to pursue legal action for any violation of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of the Terms and Conditions of Use or LoadingDock's legal rights.
